Portland Trip

Off to Portland for our annual fall visit!

Now that he's two, Kenzo got his own seat on the airplane. He thoroughly enjoyed the ride and amenities, not wanting to fall asleep until he got his apple juice from "the lady."

Straight from the airport to the Alvarez home to celebrate Naomi's 9th birthday with pizza and ice cream cake!

Headed out for dinner before Naomi's piano recital. She played beautifully and Kenzo cheered loudly after each student played their piece.

We left Naomi's karaoke party early - too loud and too crazy! 

Maya came with us and we had a yummy sukiyaki dinner at home. 

Kenzo kept asking Maya to help him with his ice cream...cute!

Too bad we missed out on going to the pumpkin patch like last year...too much rain!  

We had a fun visit, but it sure is nice to be home. Maybe Kenzo will even sleep in his own bed tonight!
